Portrayals

Portraiture is always an amazing challenge, and it is lots of fun to play with so many wonderful tones of skin and the shapes lurking in the folds of clothing.

While all of the portrayals listed here are available for sale, it’s quite understandable that some of these pieces mean more to me than anyone else.  Thus, I’ve chosen not to put some of them on the Etsy shop and therefore, some have no “Buy Me!” Button.  Nevertheless….if you are actually interested in owning any of these more personal portrayals, please email me!  To see a greater range of my portrait work, please see Figurations: The Archived Catalog.

This is not necessarily a self portrait.  It is based on a drawing I did when I was trying to cheer myself up by taking a look at a worst-case scenario.  Fortunately, things have yet to get this bad.  🙂
